In the biggest cosmopolitan district of Brussels, Schaerbeek, “Miss in Dreams” deals with the lives, hopes and dreams of a small number of young girls who prepare themselves to take part in the election of “Miss Schaerbeek”. The film presents a diversified community and the difficulties it faces in order to fulfil one’s dreams in such a society.
